Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods via Case 4 You AB ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. General
1.1. Case 4 You AB offers goods for sale through our website.
1.2. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. 1.3. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the time they are published on our website.
2. Orders
2.1. An order is binding when you receive an order confirmation via email.
2.2. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any amounts paid.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.
3.2. Payment is made through the payment options available on our website.
3.3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one stated at the time of the order.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery time is stated on our website and in the order confirmation.
4.2. Shipping costs are additional and stated at the time of ordering.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
4.4. Many of our shipments are delivered to a postal agent or parcel locker where you can collect your package using SMS notification and identification or Bank-ID. Agents hold your package for 7 days before returning it to us. Parcel lockers automatically return packages after 5 days. It is important that you always collect your orders within this timeframe from the arrival of your package at the postal agent or locker.
For uncollected packages, we apply the following fees to cover incurred costs:
- Packages valued under 150 SEK: We will deduct 50 SEK from your refund.
- Packages valued between 150-700 SEK: We will deduct 100 SEK from your refund.
- Packages valued over 700 SEK and bulky packages: We will deduct 300 SEK from your refund.
- Packages valued over 2500 SEK: We will deduct 800 SEK from your refund.
If you have chosen to pay with our credit solution via Klarna, the above amounts will remain on your invoice/instalment depending on the value of your order.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing and return the goods in substantially unchanged condition.
5.3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost in case of cancellation.
5.4. Upon approved return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be in new condition, meaning no scratches/dirt on or in the product. Ensure the return is well packaged to avoid damage during transport. Sealed products, electric scooters, and bicycles are not accepted for withdrawal if the product has been used.
For returns, you are responsible for ensuring the return reaches the sender. We always recommend sending returns trackable to minimize the risk of lost packages during transport.
6. Complaints
6.1. If a product is defective, you have the right to complain within 3 years from the receipt of the goods.
6.2. Contact us in writing, describe the defect, and attach pictures & videos if possible for efficient and quick handling.
6.3. For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping cost and will first replace the product, and if out of stock, refund the purchase amount.
6.4. Compensation for damaged products due to careless use by the receiver or user, or damage caused by negligent use by the customer/receiver, is not approved.
6.5. The right of complaint covers only defects that are proven to be manufacturing defects, meaning original defects.
6.6. Products sold through our company are protected by the right of complaint under Swedish law. All products are covered by a 3-year right of complaint against manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our goods.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount the product was purchased for.
8. Personal Data
8.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
9. Dispute
9.1. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, we refer to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
9.2. Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be decided by a Swedish court.
